This executive villa is all about luxury living... 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 28ft swimming pool set in an enlarged screened sundeck and only 12 minutes to Walt Disney World.
This luxury home is located in the tranquil surroundings of the prestigious Hampton Lakes. Being close to Disney World's four theme parks makes it a much sought after location. All other theme parks are easily accessible.The villa comprises of 5 large double bedrooms including 3 master suites, all with en-suite bathrooms, spacious sitting area, 2 dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen to satisfy all your likely holiday needs! The upgraded pool is fully screened to keep out all the tropical insects. The pool can be heated if required and has underwater illumination. A gas barbeque is also provided The villa has luxury facilities and equipment to attend to all your likely holiday needs including cable television offering over 50 channels. There is a 42 inch projection TV in the lounge and all bedrooms are equipped with a TV and alarm-clock/radio. To keep in touch while you are away just bring your lap top and use our WiFi internet access free of charge. There is also a games room for the children (large and small) equipped with pool table and a PS2. One of the bedrooms has bunk beds that sleep up to 3 and is designed with a Disney theme. For tots there is a cot, stroller and a high chair supplied for your convenience.
For keen golfers the villa is minutes from many golf courses including Greg Norman's Champions Gate 36 hole award winning course. For keen shoppers, the designer malls are nearby. For the comfort and safety of all guests there is no smoking and no pets permitted within the villa.
